Its been a week since placing my order and it hasn't arrived yet. 

We at LESLEY HAMPTON believe in slow fashion. The majority of our items are made to order and can take up to 4-6 weeks or more to create before shipping. By purchasing made-to-order pieces, you are helping reduce wasteful overproduction while also supporting small businesses. Thank you for your patience. 

I placed my order, but didn't receive an order confirmation email.

If this occurs, it would be because there was a mistype when providing your email to us. Please send us a message and we can update your email correctly. This way you will then receive the accurate information for shipment and delivery. 

I typed in my mailing address incorrectly, how can I update this?

Please forward your confirmation email to info@LesleyHampton.com with your updated mailing address. We will reply once it has been updated. 

Returns and Exchanges?

We at LESLEY HAMPTON believe in slow fashion. The majority of our items are made to order specifically for you and can take up to 4-6 weeks to create before shipping. COVID-19 could extend this. By purchasing made-to-order pieces, you are helping reduce wasteful overproduction while also supporting small businesses. We try our best to deliver the best fit to our customers, so if you receive an item you would like to exchange for a better fitting size, of course we can accommodate your request. As we are a small business, it is only in select circumstances that we accept returns for full refund.
